We had product that was partially finished, and we also held onto some finished product. Here’s the kicker – it seems like we never had exactly what the client wanted.

Now that our production only takes an hour, we don’t issue materials until we know we can ship it. But wait a minute. Then why are there packages waiting in shipping for legitimate addresses? Looks like we still have some work to do further up the value stream!
