We have even changed from working towards pull system to focus on reject reduction which has actually driven the decision (By a lean seminar presenter) to reduce rejects caused by color changes by running more inventory less frequently. Some items we have gone to a full years worth at a production run to reduce rejects. New improvement challenge level. We will keep working on it and hopefully we can get back on coarse.
